Did you know that the first youth program was started in Winnipeg in 1963??



Our Youth Program is divided into 2 areas. The Recreational Area (with two age divisions), where bowlers bowl 2 games, learn the basics and participate in the in-house planned activities. The Competitive area (Saturday and Thursday evening 3 games), where bowlers are refined to participate at the provincial and national levels as well as the in-house planned activities.


SATURDAY MORNING PROGRAM  10:00 A.M.

   Runs from September to April   1st half Sept. to Dec . includes a Christmas party

                                                                   2nd half Jan. to April  includes a Season Windup

    Recreational

              Bowlasaurus  ages 4-5      Bantams ages 6-7    


    Competitive

             Bantams  ages 7-10            Juniors ages 11-14 


THURSDAY EVENING COMPETITIVE PROGRAM 7:00 P.M.

     Runs from September to April    1st half Sept to Dec.  includes a Christmas Party

                                                                      2nd half Jan. to April includes a Season Windup

           this program also includes Provincial Tournaments


                    Juniors  ages  11-14                    Seniors ages 15-19


            



Youth

Saturdays               12:30 P.M                   2 Games

Two eight (8) week sessions  one session in fall , the second session in mid winter.  A fun bowl is held after each of the sessions with an awards journal given to each bowler at the end of the second session.



Adults

Fridays                      10:00 A.M                  2 Games

This program run from September to April . Consists of not only bowling but a Christmas party, a doubles tournament with our Club 55 and an awards windup day.  there are two divisions a recreational and a competitive division (Special Olympics).
